Bank vault door

A vault door with a lock that is actually a lock: three numbers, alternating direction, and a wrong one resets it.

What it is

A heavy door in its frame, with a spoked handle and a combination dial. The dial turns, the bolts throw and the door swings, so it can actually be locked and opened. For a bank, a heist, a strongroom, or the last door in a level.
