Terms of Service
1. What antics is
antics hosts web games and provides multiplayer infrastructure — rooms, state sync, and leaderboards — so games can be played together at a shareable link. You can use it with no account (keyless) or sign in to create persistent projects and keys.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the games and content you deploy. By deploying, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, serve, and display that content so the service can function (including showing it to the players you share links with). Hosted games carry a "Made with antics" attribution.
You are responsible for everything you deploy, and you confirm you have the rights to it.
3. Acceptable use
You may not deploy or use antics for content or activity that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful — including malware, phishing, deceptive pages, harassment, or content that violates others' rights. You may not abuse the infrastructure (e.g. circumventing rate limits or capacity controls, or using it to attack third parties).
We may remove content, suspend keys, or terminate access — with or without notice — for violations, or to protect users and the service. To report abuse of a hosted game, use the "Report" link on the game's page or email [email protected].
4. Keyless deploys are ephemeral
Keyless rooms and their links expire (currently after 24 hours) and may be removed at any time. For persistence, sign in and deploy into a project. We do not guarantee retention of keyless content.
5. Pre-sale purchases
Founder Packs for SIDE OUT are sold before the game is released. Buying one is a pre-order for items and copies delivered at launch — not access to something playable today. SIDE OUT stays free to play in your browser, with or without a pack.
Who you are buying from. Packs are sold by AGE OTORI PTE. LTD. (Singapore, UEN 201811354W), which operates antics. Payment is processed by RevenueCat and Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.
Delivery. We deliver to the email address you give at checkout, so give one you can reach — it is the record of your purchase, and we cannot deliver to an address that bounces. Each pack includes a number of copies of the game. A copy is either a Steam key or an unlock on iOS or Android, and you choose the mix when we write to you at launch.
Copies are for you and your friends. You may give a copy away — that is what the extra copies are for — but you may not sell or trade packs, copies or Steam keys.
Timing. Dates on this site are estimates, not commitments, and pre-release schedules move. A change of date is not a change of what you bought, and you are never charged again.
Platforms. Availability on the App Store, Google Play and Steam depends on those companies approving and continuing to carry the game. If a platform becomes unavailable we may deliver an equivalent copy on another platform. Steam keys are issued by Valve and are subject to Valve's terms.
Items may vary. Cosmetic items are described before they exist and their final appearance may differ from what is shown. Where a described item cannot ship at all, we provide one of equivalent standing.
Limited tiers. Where a tier states a limit — the MVP pack is limited to 88 — sales stop at that limit. We do not sell more than the stated number.
Refunds. Email [email protected] and we refund any pre-sale purchase in full, at any time before it has been delivered to you. After delivery we handle refunds case by case. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If we cancel the game before releasing it, we refund every pre-sale purchase.
Age. If you are under 18, buy only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
Chargebacks. Reversing a payment cancels the purchase and any items granted with it.
6. Availability & changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we apply capacity limits to protect the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
7. Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using antics at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: [email protected].
